Fixture selection bridges design intent and physical installation. Every product on our schedules is evaluated for beam quality, dimming compatibility, Finnish electrical standards, and aesthetic fit with Helsinki residential interiors.
Recessed downlights in Kallio flats with concrete slabs require slim housings — typically under 80 mm total depth — with IC-rated enclosures where insulation contact occurs. We prefer adjustable trims for accent layers and fixed wide-angle for ambient fill.
Linear LED profiles for cove and under-cabinet use specify diffused covers with minimum CRI 90. Colour consistency between batches matters in open-plan Eira kitchens where one continuous strip runs six metres without visible shift.
Decorative pendants in entry and dining zones coordinate with existing brass hardware, birch millwork, or matte black window frames. Finish samples are compared on-site under both daylight and evening circuit tests.
Drivers are matched to control protocol and grouped by circuit length. Remote driver boxes are located in accessible ceiling voids or dedicated cupboards — never buried behind sealed Helsinki plaster without inspection panels.
Fixture schedules include manufacturer, product code, quantity, layer assignment, kelvin, beam angle, mounting method, and indicative EUR unit cost. Clients order through preferred suppliers; we verify substitutions before installation proceeds.
