Site survey
We visit your home with a lux meter, camera, and floor plans. Ceiling heights, window orientation, existing circuits, and finish materials are documented. You walk us through daily routines so scenes reflect actual use.

Layer plan
Within two weeks you receive reflected ceiling plans showing ambient, task, and accent positions, a dimming scene map, and a fixture schedule with EUR line items. One revision round is included.

Coordination
Plans go to your electrician with mounting notes and driver locations. We remain available for questions during rough-in and trim-out phases. Substitutions are reviewed before purchase.

Aiming visit
After installation, we return to aim adjustable fixtures, verify dimming curves, and programme scenes. You receive a printed scene card and digital copies of all deliverables.
